Member Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to TEA membership. TEA is a not-for-profit company licensed under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013; membership fees are used for TEA's objects only.

1. Plans and fees

Standard membership: ₹365 + 18% GST = ₹430.70 per year.
Premium membership: ₹3,650 + 18% GST = ₹4,307 per year.
Fees are paid only to TEA's official bank account or UPI ID shown on the website. Cash is not accepted and no associate may collect money. TEA issues a receipt for every verified payment.

2. Validity and renewal

Membership is valid for one year from activation. TEA sends renewal reminders before expiry.
An early renewal extends the current validity by one year. If not renewed, the membership and directory listing become inactive after expiry.

3. Directory listing

Members may publish one business listing. Information must be true and lawful; TEA may review, edit for format, or remove listings that are misleading or inappropriate.
TEA does not endorse or guarantee any member's goods or services.

4. Conduct

Members shall not misuse TEA's name, community groups or member data, and shall not spam other members.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Fees are generally non-refundable once the membership is activated. A payment made in error or twice is refunded to the original account after verification.

6. Ending membership

TEA may suspend or cancel a membership for breach of these terms. Members may leave at any time.

7. Law and disputes

Governed by the laws of India; courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
