Freelance Associate Agreement

This agreement is made on — between the Telugu Entrepreneurs Association (Section 8 Company, CIN U85300AP2022NPL123525), Visakhapatnam ("TEA"), and the Associate of —, — ("the Associate"), Associate ID —.

1. Engagement

TEA engages the Associate on a non-exclusive, freelance basis to introduce businesses and professionals to TEA membership in and around —. Nothing in this agreement creates employment, partnership or agency.

2. No fee, no targets

The Associate pays nothing to TEA. There are no minimum targets.

3. Payments by members

Members pay only to TEA's official account through the website. The Associate shall not accept cash or any payment from members or prospects and shall not give receipts on TEA's behalf.

4. Field Allowance

TEA shall pay the Associate a Field Allowance on the base fee (excluding GST) of verified member payments credited to the Associate: referrals 1–50: 20%; referrals 51–100: 30%; referrals 101–200: 40%; referral 201 onwards: 50%, and a flat 20% on verified renewals of members introduced by the Associate, in accordance with the Associate Terms & Conditions in force, after deduction of applicable taxes.

5. Confidentiality and data protection

The Associate shall keep members' personal data confidential, use it only for TEA purposes, and comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and TEA's Privacy Policy.

6. Term and termination

This agreement continues until ended by either party with written notice (email is sufficient), or by TEA immediately for breach of clause 3 or misconduct.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India; courts at Visakhapatnam have exclusive jurisdiction.
