Field Allowance – how you earn
Members always pay TEA’s official account directly (UPI or SBI bank transfer) – never the associate. You record each member you bring as your referral; once TEA verifies the payment, it counts. Your rate depends on your lifetime referral count, which never resets: each referral earns the rate of the slab its number falls in. The allowance is variable, not fixed, and is paid every month for the referrals verified in that month.

Rate is applied to the base fee excluding 18% GST: Standard ₹365, Premium ₹3,650. Premium memberships sold directly by TEA’s sales team (no associate) earn no incentive. Renewals earn a flat 20% of the base fee (excl. GST), whatever your slab, and do not count toward lifetime referrals.
Worked example ILLUSTRATION
An associate who already has 45 lifetime referrals gets 10 Standard referrals verified this month:
- ✔ 5 × ₹73 – referrals 46 to 50 at 20% = ₹365
- ✔ 5 × ₹109.50 – referrals 51 to 55 at 30% = ₹547.50

Associate terms (summary)
- • Becoming a TEA Associate is free – TEA never asks associates for a fee or deposit.
- • Members pay TEA’s official account directly (UPI or SBI). Associates must not collect membership money.
- • Only verified, paid memberships count as referrals.
- • The Field Allowance is variable: it is calculated every month on the base fee excluding GST, at the slab rate of each referral, and paid for the referrals verified in that month.
- • Your lifetime referral count never resets.
- • TEA may revise the slabs and rates; a change applies to referrals verified after it.
- • TEA approves associate accounts and may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
